 An Overview of Our Outreach Sites...

In order to ensure all residents of Haldimand and Norfolk can access services provided through the Information Centre, a partnership has been developed with a number of Outreach sites in Haldimand County.

These Outreach sites operate from the branches of the Haldimand County Library in Caledonia, Cayuga, Dunnville, Hagersville, Jarvis and Selkirk.

At each of these Outreach sites, clients can access frequently requested publications and applications, from Social Insurance Number to Birth Certificate applications; as well as Life Event packages, including Lost Wallet and New Resident Kits. 

Furthermore, the libraries offer a direct line to the Haldimand Norfolk Information Centre for convenient access to customer service representatives to assist clients with their information and referral needs on a one-on-one basis. The Information Centre’s web site, along with the Haldimand Norfolk Community Information Database, is also available from the public access Internet terminals located at each of the Outreach sites.
